Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms, or ‘wave’ dancing is about re-discovering the pleasure of expressing yourself in movement, whether you have been dancing all your life, or just long for a place to dance where you won’t be judged or jumped on!

There are no steps to learn, and it doesn’t matter how old you are or what shape you’re in. Interested? Come to an introductory evening or a course of evenings led by Cora Greenhill, an experienced teacher trained and accredited by Gabrielle Roth, the American dancer who has developed this inspiring movement practice over many years.
