2009 Cristmas Bazaar in HersonissosAnnouncement by Vritomartys, the Women Association of Hersonissos: We invite you to the 8th Christmas Bazaar in Hersonissos which will take place on Sunday December 13th at 4pm, at the square of the Evangelistria Church in the centre of Hersonissos. We expect you to celebrate together these holy days and taste lots of delicacies and sweets from all over the world, warm coffee and chocolate, waffles, hot dogs, souvlakia, and of course the famous Gleg (Swedish wine with spices) made by our members. Come and find handmade gifts, ornaments and art crafts made with care and good taste. You may also challenge your fortune at the lottery that gives many gifts. The KAPI (Elder People) Chorus, the children choir of the Hersonissos Cultural Center and the Philharmonic Orchestra of our Municipality will entertain you. The children of the German School “Vritomartis” and the Swedish School will perform in a theatrical play about Christmas. The Filonidios Cultural Association of Hersonissos, the Environmental Association, the Cultural Group ‘Hersonissos’, the Chess Association, the Athletic Club of Martial Arts SOO BAHK DO in Hersonissos, the KAPI, the KIFI, the EF ZO (Living well) With Cancer, and the Association for Abused Women and Children will be participating in our bazaar. The event is supported by Hersonissos Municipality and all local associations of Hersonissos will participate. Our goal is to support the “EF ZO (Living well) With Cancer”, the “Association for Abused Women and Children” and the “House of the Angels”. The Women of Hersonissos
